Champion Juicer’s Cool Summer Juice #3
What a cool way to beat the summer heat by a tall glass of raw fruits and vegetables juice with crushed ice and pretty garnishing. As I tend to juice more fruits during hot days with Champion Juicer, I need to remind myself of the relatively high sugar content that fruits carry. Therefore I would consciously incorporate some varieties of vegetables to balance up the concoction.
I have a nice Champion Juicer recipe here to help you combat dehydration. Dehydration happens when the amount of water leaving your body (through sweating) is more than the amount you take in during hot summer days. Champion Juicer’s ability to extract the minerals and distilled water from the fibers of fruits and vegetables makes it very ideal for you to replenish fluid in your body by drinking raw fruit and vegetable juices made using Champion Juicer.
Try this Champion Juicer recipe and stay hydrated throughout summer.
Champion Juicer’s Summer Spring
-
3 Carrots, peel and remove green tops
-
2 stalks Celery, discard leaves
-
Spinach, handful
-
Parsley, a sprig
-
1 Green apple
-
Mint leaves, for garnishing

crushed ice
Bundle up Spinach and Parsley. Push through the feeding chamber of Champion Juicer alternating with carrots and celery, then finish up with the green apple. You need to bundle up the small leafy vegetables as Champion Juicer is not the best juicer to extract them.
