Peel and discard the rinds and seeds of all the citrus fruits, keep the white pith as they are a good source of bioflavonoids. Peel carrots and cucumbers if they are not organically grown. Feed the cut pieces into the feeding chamber of Champion Juicer alternating hard vegetables with soft fruits. That will help Champion Juicer runs smoother and yields more juices.

Push the cut pieces through the feeding chamber of Champion Juicer following the above sequence. Be sure to run some water through the Champion Juicer before you juice other fruits and vegetables so that the strong smell of the spicy ginger will be rinsed off.
