Kefir Recipes with Champion Juicer #2
After I posted the Kefir Recipes with Champion Juicer #1, a reader wrote to me and told me about her Type 2 Diabetes condition. We were pondering on whether the raw food diet could actually help to reverse diabetes. I believe raw food diet is able to keep the blood sugar in good check without excessive medication but to be completely cured of diabetes and go back to the “eat as-you-like” type of diet, I think it’s not possible.
Juicing with Champion Juicer makes raw food diet easily achievable. Raw vegetable juice often helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, a vital factor in managing diabetes. Raw vegetable juices also have much less sugar than fruit juices and about 50% less calories.
When juicing with Champion Juicer, it is very important to use a wide variety of vegetables, in order to provide your body with all the vital and balanced nutrients. It will also give your body energy and access to the calories it needs to function at its best.
Experiment with carrot or a combination of carrot and parsley juice when a craving for sweet stuff hits you, and the juice jolt will give it a strong punch out before you even notice it.
The addition of Kefir milk into the raw juice therapy using Champion Juicer increases the values of the raw vegetable juice for diabetes control.

Champion Juicer – Immune Booster against Flu
I was trying out some really cool summer Champion Juicer recipes including a range of nice sorbet and sherbet recipes. I was about to share with you what fun Champion Juicer could bring in the summer for you and your family, but my thought was somehow interrupted by the WHO’s declaration on a worldwide Swine Flu (A-H1N1 virus) pandemic on 11 June, 2009.
It disturbs me a little. What really perturbed me was not the Swine Flu but it was the manner the health officials dealt with it. The alarm raised cause a huge rush to release massive funding from many nations of the world into getting and stockpiling H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines. In fact, many pharmaceutical giants have had the vaccines ready in production weeks ahead of expectation as though they knew the declaration of a Swine Flu worldwide pandemic is inevitable.
What actually irks me is this, while every health authorities in the world is busy fire fighting, very few of them actually advise and educate their people to prevent it. They spoke unanimously on vaccines as the answer and anti-viral treatment being the next. Hygiene and other recommended measures are for avoidance. Little was spoken on how to boost your own immune system. You have the millions of battalion within you and yet they are sound asleep.
Raw fruit and vegetable juices made with Champion Juicer are richly packed with enzymes, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and phytochemical. They will provide life giving energy to your body cells and wake the sluggish immune soldiers up, to fight the battle of good health.
I am not saying that Champion Juicer is the only juicer that can do the job even though I am getting very good results from Champion juicer. Whatever juicer you may have, start getting your act together. Lower quality juice is better than no juice.
Start with simple recipes, start with the combination of the fruits and vegetables you like and ACT on it. Juicing is a quick way to feed your body with enzymes and nutrients at the cellular level, thus boosting your immune system to fight whatever viruses or bacteria that you may come in contact with. Why waste finance and effort to put off fire when it is at your absolute control to prevent the fire in the first place?
Let no FEAR rules you but let your Champion Juicer flowing with life giving raw fruit and vegetable juices.
Yes, I am still eager to share with you those really cool summer sorbet recipes made with Champion Juicer.

Champion Juicer Makes Anti-Flu Juices
Looking at the daily negative news reporting of the global A(H1N1) virus pandemic (refer news extract below), it just dawned on me one thing: The one and only urgent measure you and I must take immediately is to strengthen our own Immune System. There is no better way, not vaccine, not drugs, nor any complicated bio-technologies. You and I need to get back to the “Basic” of Health. The total health of our Immune System depends on the well-being of our Gut, the digestive system.

image taken from not.contaxg.com
Drinking lots of raw, fresh fruit and vegetable juices is one of the most effective ways to clean up our Gut. Investing into a good juice extractor such as Champion Juicer is the way to go. Efficiency is what you and I want, good quality live juice is what you and I need. Due to the ability of Champion Juicer in extracting high yield and nutrient packed fruit and vegetable juices, you are going to get a quick boost in your immune system each time you drink these raw fresh fruit and vegetables juices.
The raw, fresh fruit and vegetable juices that Champion Juicer extracted is also rich in enzymes. With the cooked food, processed food diet that we ingest daily, our diet is seriously void of enzymes in particular digestive enzymes. If food could not be digested and broken down effectively, our bodies suffer malnutrition, even though we may be seemingly eating nutritious food.
Therefore, “Champion Juicer Makes Anti-flu Juices” is not an overstatement. Stay tune for more Champion Juicer Anti-flu juice recipes…..
