Healing Juices with Champion Juicer
My favorite fruit juices extracted with Champion Juicer always revolve around pineapple and green papaya. Both fruits are nature’s healing fruits. They are found in abundance in the Tropics.
Raw Pineapple juice extracted with Champion Juicer is packed with nutrients, minerals, antioxidant, Vitamin C, B1 and a powerful protein-digesting enzyme called Bromelain. It stimulates the kidney, possesses diuretic properties and relieves intestinal disorders. Raw pineapple juice improves the condition of one’s digestive system effectively.
Bromelain is a natural anti-inflammatory agent which promotes overall healing to bodily injuries, swelling, arthritis, sore throat, colitis, hemorrhoids and menstrual disorders. Raw pineapple juice is believed to be able to reduce blood clots in the blood streams as well.
Always use ripened pineapple which has sweet aroma and heavy in weight. Avoid pineapple that gives out unpleasant fermented smell or have dark soft spots. Peel the outer skin and remove the eyes using a sharp knife. Segment the fruit lengthwise into eight long pieces and feed into Champion Juicer’s feeding chamber at a constant speed.
Here’s a couple of delicious Champion Juicer recipes which form a base to any pineapple cocktails and anti-flu juice.

Vitamins A, C, a full range of the B vitamins, Calcium, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Niacin, Magnesium, traces of Iron, Zinc and Folic Acid are all found in varying amounts in one banana.

Champion Juicer makes healthy Kefir Ice Cream?
I do not know about you, being an advocate for healthy food, the thought of consuming a generous scoop of ice cream would overwhelm me with guilt. The plain truth is, I love ice cream !! The high sugar and diary content in the ice cream would make me frown but the sensation of having the smooth ice cream melt in the mouth is phenomenal. To some of you ice cream lovers who are unfortunately lactose intolerant, this presents itself to be a real pain in the neck.
I have an excellent news for you !! Champion juicer makes healthy ice cream ! That’s right, a healthy one, even for the lactose intolerant.
Kefir is a fermented milk product rich in its probiotics properties. It is a rich source of enzymes, vitamins B2, B12, A, D, K, essential minerals, proteins, lactic acid, folic acid, biotin and Tryptophan. Daily consumption of Kefir is beneficial to our digestive system and it helps to boost our immune system. Hence the replacement of regular milk with Kefir in this ice cream recipe will not only eliminate the allergic factors from the lactose intolerant but it also makes the nutrients in this Kefir Ice Cream easily assimilated.

One golden tip: To get a thicker and creamier Sherbets, chill the juicer body, cutter, blank and bowl before homogenizing the frozen fruits. This is easily done by placing the Champion Juicer parts in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before assembling.
Caution: Please do not place parts in freezer to chill.

Champion Juicer makes Sherbet?
My daughters and I were having great fun in the kitchen yesterday making sherbet with Champion Juicer. My youngest daughter asked me what’s the difference between sherbet and the sorbet we made last week. The two elder sisters attempted to explain but they ended up in a little argument that needed a delicious “creamy sherbet” to cool them down.
Yes, creamy… that’s what I said. Sherbet contains dairy or other fat making it creamy, similar to ice cream whereas sorbet is free of fat or milk. These two icy summertime treats have similar base ingredients ie. fruit juices or pureed fruits, sugar and water. That makes sorbet friendly to the lactose intolerant individuals since it contains no dairy and of course, it has lower calories. Sorbet is generally softer, granular in texture but sherbet has a firmer and smoother consistency.
I am going to share with you a sure hit sherbet recipe using the versatile Champion Juicer.

Champion Juicer’s Sorbet Recipe #2
We were having dinner in one of the local restaurant a couple of weeks ago. In between entrée and main course, we were served a small serving of passion fruit sorbet. I tasted different kinds of sorbet before but this one was different. It gave just the right touch to prepare our appetite for the main course. At the end of the dinner, Chef George showed up to find out how the dinner went. I grabbed hold of the golden opportunity to ask him for the secret recipe.
Chef George’s passion fruit sorbet was hand churned every hour for a couple of hours but I tried out the recipe subsequently using Champion Juicer. The result was exceptionally good. Champion Juicer is able to achieve the fine texture and firm consistency one would want in a luscious sorbet.

Champion Juicer – Immune Booster against Flu
I was trying out some really cool summer Champion Juicer recipes including a range of nice sorbet and sherbet recipes. I was about to share with you what fun Champion Juicer could bring in the summer for you and your family, but my thought was somehow interrupted by the WHO’s declaration on a worldwide Swine Flu (A-H1N1 virus) pandemic on 11 June, 2009.
It disturbs me a little. What really perturbed me was not the Swine Flu but it was the manner the health officials dealt with it. The alarm raised cause a huge rush to release massive funding from many nations of the world into getting and stockpiling H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines. In fact, many pharmaceutical giants have had the vaccines ready in production weeks ahead of expectation as though they knew the declaration of a Swine Flu worldwide pandemic is inevitable.
What actually irks me is this, while every health authorities in the world is busy fire fighting, very few of them actually advise and educate their people to prevent it. They spoke unanimously on vaccines as the answer and anti-viral treatment being the next. Hygiene and other recommended measures are for avoidance. Little was spoken on how to boost your own immune system. You have the millions of battalion within you and yet they are sound asleep.
Raw fruit and vegetable juices made with Champion Juicer are richly packed with enzymes, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and phytochemical. They will provide life giving energy to your body cells and wake the sluggish immune soldiers up, to fight the battle of good health.
I am not saying that Champion Juicer is the only juicer that can do the job even though I am getting very good results from Champion juicer. Whatever juicer you may have, start getting your act together. Lower quality juice is better than no juice.
Start with simple recipes, start with the combination of the fruits and vegetables you like and ACT on it. Juicing is a quick way to feed your body with enzymes and nutrients at the cellular level, thus boosting your immune system to fight whatever viruses or bacteria that you may come in contact with. Why waste finance and effort to put off fire when it is at your absolute control to prevent the fire in the first place?
Let no FEAR rules you but let your Champion Juicer flowing with life giving raw fruit and vegetable juices.
Yes, I am still eager to share with you those really cool summer sorbet recipes made with Champion Juicer.

Champion Juicer’s Cool Summer Juice #3
What a cool way to beat the summer heat by a tall glass of raw fruits and vegetables juice with crushed ice and pretty garnishing. As I tend to juice more fruits during hot days with Champion Juicer, I need to remind myself of the relatively high sugar content that fruits carry. Therefore I would consciously incorporate some varieties of vegetables to balance up the concoction.
I have a nice Champion Juicer recipe here to help you combat dehydration. Dehydration happens when the amount of water leaving your body (through sweating) is more than the amount you take in during hot summer days. Champion Juicer’s ability to extract the minerals and distilled water from the fibers of fruits and vegetables makes it very ideal for you to replenish fluid in your body by drinking raw fruit and vegetable juices made using Champion Juicer.
Try this Champion Juicer recipe and stay hydrated throughout summer.
