Champion Juicer’s Sorbet Recipe #1
A promise is a promise. I have not forgotten about the Champion Juicer sorbet recipe I mentioned a few days ago. Though Champion Juicer is well known for its ability to deliver good quality raw fruit and vegetable juices, the other function of Champion Juicer is to make healthy frozen desserts in a quick and simple manner.

Citrus Sorbet Delight
-
1 cup of maltose syrup or raw organic sugar
-
3 1/2 cups of hot water
-
2 cups of lime juice
-
1/4 cup of lemon juice
-
1 egg white, beaten lightly
Dissolve maltose syrup in hot water. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Remove rind and discard seeds from limes and lemons. Juice both citrus combo using the Champion Juicer to get the amount of juice you need. Mix all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a freezing tray and freeze until harden. Cut the frozen mixture into long strips to fit the feeding chamber of the Champion Juicer. Remember to use the Champion Juicer blank. Homogenize the frozen strips and serve immediately. Drizzle some passion fruits pulp over the sorbet for added flavor and tang.
This recipe makes approximately 6 cups of delicious sorbet.
What a great way to involve your young children in this fun activity during summer vacation.
More sorbet, sherbet and ice cream recipes to come…..Let your imagination flows wild with Champion Juicer.
