Champion Juicer’s Beet Juice Recipe

I have in my previous post shared about the goodness of carrot juice extracted by the Champion Juicer. Beet juice is complementary to carrot juice.  The combination of beet and carrot juice completes what is perhaps the best natural builder of the blood cells in particular the red blood corpuscles. The Champion Juicer delivers a good percentage of phosphorous, sulphur, potassium, beta-carotene and other alkaline elements when extracting beet and carrot juice.

With its toning effect on the blood, women would benefit greatly by drinking at least a glass of beet and carrot juice combo daily. It has been found through my juicing experience that it is best to take less beet juice and more carrot juice in its combination at the beginning until one can tolerate beet’s cleansing effect, then increase the proportion of beet gradually. The strong cleansing effect of beet on the liver may cause nausea and discomfort.

I have a couple of beet juice recipes here for your Champion Juicer.
